For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or the wrong item has been delivered. If you receive a defective item or a wrong item please write to us at email@example.com or call our customer care at 9773822189 with details of the product and the defect within 2 days of receiving the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
You can cancel the order on the same day at any time before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. We will refund the entire amount within 7-10 working days.
